About TTFA Academy
TTFA Academy is a training academy in Noida for working professionals in data, BI, cloud, design and marketing. Every program is taught by someone who does that work in production today.
Why we exist
The manifesto
We didn't learn this in a classroom, and we don't teach it like one.
Every mentor here still does the job: ships dashboards, runs pipelines, designs products, closes reports on a Monday morning. What we teach is what we do, in the order we do it, with the mistakes left in. You practise until it's routine, and you're never stuck alone.
How it started
Ground up
TTFA started when the people who now mentor here kept getting the same request from colleagues: teach me what you actually do, not what the course says. So we did, after work, on the real files. It grew into an academy because that kind of teaching is rare, and because the people who came back for a second program told others.
We are still built the way we started: mentors who work in the role, projects modelled on real production work, and a counsellor who will tell you when a program isn't the right move.
What we believe
If you don't do the work in production, you don't teach it here. That rules out most people, and that is the point.
Projects are modelled on real production work. No employer's data, no client's numbers, ever.
We say which program fits, and when none does. We don't promise roles, salaries or placements.

Sonam co-founded TTFA Academy and runs it. She is the person who pulled the platform together, from the learning platform to the app, and who built the team of working professionals who teach here, so that every learner is taught by someone who does the job.
