For analyst who preps data by handAutomation & analytics engineer
Go beyond basic Alteryx skills. Learn to build scalable, automated workflows using data preparation, blending, macros, and scheduling—all taught by an industry practitioner.
Designed for AI-native analytics roles: Ask Alteryx and the AI tools palette in Designer, and assistants for documenting a workflow and explaining a step, with the checks before it runs in production.
Curriculum updated
Alteryx Expert is a live online course for analysts who already clean, join and re-export the same data by hand every week: MIS and Excel reporting, SQL extracts, the weekly cleanup. Over 12 to 16 weeks you rebuild that work as Alteryx workflows that run on a schedule, in two phases: Designer Foundations, then Designer Advanced with macros, spatial and predictive tools, Alteryx Server, and integration with Python, Tableau and Power BI. Classes run on weeknight evenings and weekends in IST and are recorded the same day, so a late shift doesn't cost you the week. You build three workflows modelled on the mentors' production work, a mentor reviews each one 1:1, and when a join won't behave there's a daily doubt session. The course also prepares you for the Alteryx Designer Core and Advanced certification exams. A counsellor confirms the batch, the schedule and the fee on one call; nothing is charged on the call.
Why this program
Results, your career, the part of the job you do by hand today, and who teaches it.
Results-focused
A weekly MIS report automated end to end, a multi-source blend with a reusable macro, and a governed workflow on Alteryx Server. Three builds you can show.
Career-focused
You already clean, join and re-export the data. The programme turns that into workflows your team runs, with Core and Advanced certification preparation.
Pain-point focused
The report you rebuild by hand can run at 6 am on Server. You learn the prep, the macros and the scheduling that make it happen.
Premium and professional
Mentors who build this in production, projects modelled on their own, 1:1 review of every build, recordings the same day. For analysts who want to be taken seriously, not for anyone collecting certificates.
Who this is for
You already do part of this job. The program closes the gap between cleaning data and owning the workflow.
What changes
NowMonday, 9 am: the same exports, cleaned by hand in Excel.
AfterThe workflow ran at 6 am on Alteryx Server. You check the output.
NowA lookup breaks and nobody knows which step changed.
AfterEvery step is on the canvas, documented, and the checks fail loudly.
NowThree sources, three files, copy-paste to join them.
AfterOne macro, reused across reports, with the join rules in one place.
Probably not for you, yet
If you haven't worked with data in a job, start with Data Analyst with Excel & SQL. If you want a certificate more than a portfolio, we'll say so on the call and point you elsewhere.
What you'll build
Each project is modelled on the mentors' production work and reviewed 1:1. Together they are your portfolio.
Project 1
The messy export you know: cleansed, joined and output on a schedule, with the checks that stop it breaking next month.
Project 2
Three sources, one macro, one output. Built once and reused, the way it is in production.
Project 3
Published, scheduled and shared with the right people, with the governance a team actually needs.

Jitendra Singh
Alteryx Expert
Jitendra Singh
Lead Instructor
Jitendra leads instruction at TTFA across the analytics stack: Alteryx workflows, Tableau and Power BI dashboards, SQL and Python on real company data, and the GenAI layer on top of them, from agents and MCP to RAG. He teaches the job the way it is done at work: real data, in the order you meet it, with the mistakes left in.

Arvind Tiwary
Alteryx Expert
Arvind Tiwary
Senior analytics consultant
Arvind trains the analyst's working stack: Python and Alteryx for preparing and automating data, SQL for querying it, and Excel for the models and reports that run on it. He teaches the consultant's habits as well: scoping the work with the person who will use it, and handing it over so it survives without you.

Sarvdeep Singh
Alteryx Expert
Sarvdeep Singh
Data & BI mentor
Sarvdeep mentors across the Data & BI programs: Power BI dashboards, SQL for the questions behind them, and Excel for the analysis most teams still start in, with the reporting discipline that makes an analyst's numbers trusted on a Monday morning.

Questions
Anything else: ask on the call.
You'll need a laptop that can run Alteryx Designer. A counsellor tells you the licence options for the program before you start.
Yes. The program assumes you know your data, not the tool. If you've never worked with data in a job, start with Data Analyst with Excel & SQL.
Two weeknight classes and a weekend lab, plus the time you give the assignment between them. The exact days and times depend on the batch; a counsellor confirms them before you commit, and every class is recorded the same day for the weeks work gets in the way.
Power Query is enough when one person refreshes one Excel or Power BI report. Alteryx earns its place when the prep spans several sources, needs macros, spatial or predictive steps, or has to run on a schedule for a team. Many analysts use both; this course assumes you know Excel and teaches Alteryx.
If your work is repeatable data preparation across several sources and your team doesn't want code, yes: that is what Alteryx is built for, and the course covers the 2026 releases (Alteryx One, Ask Alteryx, the AMP engine). If you'd rather write code all day, learn Python instead; a counsellor will say so on the call.
Yes. Each phase ends with a certification-preparation module: Core after Foundations, Advanced after the Advanced phase. The exam itself is Alteryx's, your mentor tells you when you're ready to sit it, and the three workflows you've built matter more to a hiring manager than the badge.
Every class is recorded the same day, and 1:1 slots exist for exactly this. Most people who fall behind catch up in a week.
There is career support: mock interviews, profile reviews and referrals where we have them. Nobody honest can promise you a role; your three workflows make the case for you.
Both. Alteryx Expert is VILT (virtual instructor-led training): live online classes in the evenings and on weekends, in IST, recorded the same day so you can rewatch them. It runs 12–16 weeks, depending on your pace.
