Privacy notice
What TTFA Academy collects when you enquire, enrol or learn with us, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how to use your rights.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Who we are
TTFA Technologies Private Limited, which runs TTFA Academy, is responsible for your personal data under this notice (the “data fiduciary” in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023).
Registered office: House No 494, Block F-4, Sultanpuri, Ranhola, New Delhi, West Delhi 110041, India. Training centre: Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Write to support@ttfaacademy.com about anything in this notice, or to the grievance officer named in section 8.
This notice is written to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and its Rules, most of which take effect on 13 May 2027, and to the Information Technology Act rules that apply until then. Where they differ, we follow the stricter one.
2. What this notice covers
This notice covers everything TTFA does with your personal data: this website and its forms, enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email or a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, counselling calls, enrolment and payment, the learning platform at app.ttfaacademy.com, live classes, and the emails and messages we send you afterwards.
It is written to stand on its own. Where a form or a call asks for your consent, the consent is for the purposes listed in section 3 and nothing else.
3. What we collect, and why
We collect only what each purpose needs. The table lists the data by when we collect it, what we use it for, and the basis for using it.
| When | What | Why | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| You enquire (form, call, WhatsApp, email, Meta lead form) | Name, phone number, email address, city, what you do today and which program you asked about | To reply, counsel you and follow up about that program | You gave it to us for this purpose |
| You talk to a counsellor | Notes of the conversation: your background, your questions, what was agreed. Calls may be recorded for training and quality; we say so at the start of the call. Some first calls are made by an AI assistant, which tells you so at the start. | To give you a consistent answer and to train our counsellors | You gave it to us for this purpose; recording only with your consent |
| You message our WhatsApp number | The messages you send and receive, your number and name | To answer you. Reply STOP at any time and we stop. | Your consent |
| You ask to hear from us | Your email or WhatsApp number, and whether our messages were opened or a link was clicked | To send you the program information you asked for, at most a few times a month, each with a one-click unsubscribe | Your consent, which you can withdraw as easily as you gave it. Marketing consent is asked for separately, is never pre-ticked, and is never a condition of enrolment, a certificate or career support. |
| You enrol and pay | Name, billing address, GST details if you give them, the payment reference and the instalment plan. Card and bank details go to the payment gateway; we never see or store them. | To confirm your seat, issue the invoice and run the instalment plan | Needed for the contract with you; tax law requires the records |
| You learn with us | Your LMS account, attendance, recordings you watch, assignments, projects, 1:1 mentor bookings, the profile you build (education, experience, skills, links you add), your certificate | To run the program, review your work, issue your certificate and support your career work | Needed for the contract with you |
| You use this website | Device and browser type, IP address, the pages you open, and cookies (section 11) | To keep the site working. Analytics, ads measurement and retargeting only if you accept those cookies. | Essential cookies: needed to run the site. Analytics, ads and retargeting cookies: your separate consent. |
| You give a testimonial | Your name, photo, role and words | To show other learners what the program was like | Your written consent, which you can withdraw |
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive data such as passwords, card numbers, health details or government ID numbers, except a GST number for an invoice.
We never use the details you gave us for one program to sell you something unrelated without asking you first, and we never sell your data.
5. Where it is kept
Our records are kept in India where the provider offers it. Some providers above (Meta, Zoom, Zoho, Google Fonts on this site) run their services from outside India; where they do, they are bound by contract to protect your data to the standard this notice sets, and we do not transfer data to any country the Government of India has restricted.
6. How long we keep it
| Data | Kept for | Then |
|---|---|---|
| An enquiry that did not lead to enrolment, with its call notes and messages | 24 months after our last contact | Deleted, or kept only as anonymous counts |
| A learner’s records (attendance, work, certificate) | The program, plus 3 years | Deleted or anonymised; you keep your certificate |
| Invoices, payments and instalment plans | 8 years, as tax law requires | Deleted |
| Marketing consent and unsubscribe records | As long as needed to honour your choice | Kept as the record of your opt-out |
| Website and system logs | 1 year | Deleted |
If you withdraw consent or ask us to erase your data, we delete it, and have our providers delete it, within a reasonable time, unless a law requires us to keep it (for example, tax records).
7. Your rights, and how to use them
- Access: a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with.
- Correction: have anything wrong or incomplete put right.
- Erasure: have your data deleted, subject to the retention the law requires.
- Withdraw consent: at any time, as easily as you gave it. Marketing emails carry a one-click unsubscribe; on WhatsApp reply STOP; on a call, tell the counsellor.
- Nominate: name someone to use these rights for you if you are unable to.
- Complain: to our grievance officer (section 8) and, if we do not resolve it, to the Data Protection Board of India once it takes complaints.
To make a request, email support@ttfaacademy.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, from the email address you used with us, or give the phone number you enquired with. We may ask one question to confirm it is you. We answer within 30 days.
8. Grievance officer
Sonam Singh, Grievance Officer, TTFA Technologies Private Limited
Email: support@ttfaacademy.com (subject “Grievance”) · Phone: +91 96677 20011 (9 am to 6 pm IST, Monday to Friday)
Post: House No 494, Block F-4, Sultanpuri, Ranhola, New Delhi, West Delhi 110041, India
We acknowledge a grievance within 2 working days and resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may take it to the Data Protection Board of India once it takes complaints; the law asks you to raise it with us first.
9. Learners under 18
Our programs are for adults. If you are under 18, we enrol you only with the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian, and we never target advertising at, or track the behaviour of, anyone under 18.
10. How we protect it, and what happens if something goes wrong
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is stored with access controls; staff see only what their role needs, and access is logged. Our providers are bound to the same standard.
No system is perfect. If a breach affects your data, we tell you without delay what happened, what it means for you and what we are doing, and we report it to CERT-In and, once it applies, to the Data Protection Board within the time the law sets.
12. Changes to this notice
We date every version at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we tell you by email or WhatsApp before it takes effect.
